Stephen Viscusi is the CEO  of The Viscusi Group. He started his career at Holland, Michigan-based furniture manufacturer Haworth and has been in the industry for over thirty years. Viscusi is also the New York Times bestselling author of two books: Random House’s On the Job: How to Make it in the Real World of Work, and HarperCollins’ Bulletproof Your Job. The Viscusi Group specializes in recruiting from CEO’s to sales reps for their clients and consults with them directly on compensation and retention. You can also see Viscusi as a workplace regular on the morning TV show circuit and as a regular on NBC/Universal’s Steve Harvey.

Rod Larsen is Managing Director of The Viscusi Group Executive Search. Rod is a former Office Max executive and specializes in recruitment effort for BIG BOX stores personnel, and international manufacturers. Rod is formerly VP of Sales at Geiger (a Herman Miller company) and started his career at Knoll in sales on the west coast. Rod’s specialty is in the recruitment of high level executives with major manufacturers and he has also worked for Haworth and the Vecta division of Steelcase. Rod has a unique perspective on life at major manufacturers and a global perspective of high level jobs because he has actually performed these jobs in a sales and marketing capacity. Suzanne Tron

Vice President, Residential, and Luxury Home & Architectural Building Products

Suzanne Tron comes to The Viscusi Group with a unique background including leadership roles in the Architecture and Design media sector and executive search. Most recently, Tron was Executive Publisher of Metropolis magazine, where she was instrumental in reinvigorating the print magazine and expanding the brand’s digital and social channels. Prior to this, she was CRO of Architizer, Publisher of Architecture, Architectural Lighting, and I.D. magazines and Vice President, Villeneuve Associates an executive search firm, where she conducted senior level searches, in the tech, design and hospitality markets.  “The demand for retained executive search has been consistently growing, particularly on a global scale,” remarked Viscusi “Suzanne’s addition enables us to proactively expand our already significant presence and capabilities. Patrick Kennedy is an Executive Recruiter at The Viscusi Group, specializing in executive search and talent acquisition within the contract furniture, luxury residential interiors, floorcovering, textile, and design industries. Before joining The Viscusi Group, Patrick led and scaled the national talent acquisition function at STARK, where he was responsible for building teams and developing hiring strategies for one of the most recognized luxury brands in the interiors industry. His experience as an in-house HR and talent acquisition executive gives him a practical understanding of how successful companies grow, how strong cultures are built, and what separates an average hire from a transformational one.
