DO volunteer for more work. When companies make cuts, the workload doesn't disappear — it gets redistributed. Be the person who raises their hand first. DO arrive early and stay late. Long hours signal commitment, and commitment gets noticed. This is no longer just a nice-to-have — it's a necessity. While you're at it, keep personal distractions to a minimum. Put the phone away, skip the personal calls, and stay focused during business hours.
