Required Experience

7+ years of experience in luxury retail, high-end interior design, or furnishings, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets. Prior experience managing or mentoring design, sales, or project management teams. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate market insight into sales strategy. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship skills, particularly with high-net-worth clientele and design professionals. Deep appreciation for luxury design, architecture, and brand presentation. Familiarity with kitchen, bathroom, or high-end furnishings industry strongly preferred. Knowledge of the Denver luxury design and architecture trade community is a strong plus.

Description

A confidential, highly regarded European kitchen and bath manufacturer is seeking a Store Manager for its Denver location. This is a high-accountability leadership role overseeing a flagship showroom specializing in luxury kitchen and bathroom reporting directly to the CEO.

The Store Manager will own full accountability for the showroom's annual sales and revenue targets, developing and executing strategies to grow the client pipeline and increase average project value. This individual will guide, mentor, and hold accountable the showroom team, aligning day-to-day work with revenue and client-experience goals, while building and maintaining relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and trade partners to drive repeat and referral business.

The role also includes oversight of showroom presentation and brand standards, representing the brand at industry events and VIP client functions, and partnering with the COO and CFO on operational planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
