A leading commercial furniture manufacturer seeks a proven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow business across the Northern California and Pacific Northwest markets. This is a great opportunity for the right person — a seasoned sales leader who understands the commercial interiors landscape, has deep relationships with dealers, architects, and designers across the region, and knows how to develop a territory with a strategic, hands-on approach.
You will be responsible for managing existing dealer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across one of the most dynamic and design-forward regions in the country. This includes developing and executing a territory plan that balances maintaining strong partnerships with current accounts while actively prospecting and opening new doors across the region.
The NorCal and PNW markets are home to a thriving community of A&D firms, major corporate end-users, and forward-thinking dealers — and this role puts you at the center of it all, representing a manufacturer with a strong product portfolio and a reputation for quality. From the tech-driven corporate campuses of the Bay Area and Seattle to the growing commercial markets in Portland, Sacramento, and beyond, this territory offers significant upside for a sales leader who knows how to capitalize on opportunity and build lasting business relationships.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing dealer networks, a strong understanding of the commercial furniture specification and sales process, and the leadership presence to serve as the brand's primary representative across the region. You are comfortable traveling throughout the territory, presenting to A&D firms and dealer principals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure your clients receive best-in-class support at every stage of the project lifecycle.
