Required Experience
-5+ years of sales experience in commercial furniture or a related industry. -Experience working through the commercial furniture dealer channel. -Strong relationships in the South Florida commercial interiors market. -Proven ability to grow business and develop a territory. -Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Description
Manage and grow dealer sales across the South Florida territory, building strong relationships with dealers, designers, and key market partners throughout the region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving territory growth, and representing a leading commercial furniture manufacturer in one of the fastest-growing and most competitive markets in the Southeast.
South Florida is experiencing significant momentum in commercial development across corporate, hospitality, healthcare, and mixed-use sectors — creating a steady flow of projects and specification opportunities for a salesperson who knows how to position themselves and their brand at the right tables. From Miami and Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach and the surrounding metro areas, this territory offers real upside for someone who is willing to put in the work and build the relationships that drive long-term business.
This role requires a proactive, field-based approach — staying visible and engaged through regular sales calls, product presentations, showroom visits, and industry events. You will work closely with dealer principals and their sales teams to ensure your products are being actively specified and sold, while also cultivating direct relationships with A&D firms and end-users who influence purchasing decisions across the market.
The ideal candidate brings an existing network in the South Florida design and dealer community, a strong understanding of the commercial furniture sales cycle, and the ability to develop and execute a territory plan that delivers consistent, measurable results. You are self-directed, comfortable managing your own schedule and priorities, and energized by the challenge of growing a territory through hustle, strategy, and genuine relationship building.
