Leading commercial furniture manufacturer seeks strong, relationship driven salesperson to cover the LA County and part of So Cali market. 3-5 years furniture sales expereince, calling on Dealers.Description
Manage and grow dealer sales across the Los Angeles and Southern California territory, building strong relationships with dealers, designers, and key market partners throughout the region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving territory growth, and representing a leading commercial furniture manufacturer in one of the largest and most influential contract furniture markets in the country.
Los Angeles and Southern California continue to experience significant momentum in commercial development across corporate, hospitality, healthcare, creative office, and mixed-use sectors — creating a steady flow of projects and specification opportunities for a salesperson who knows how to position themselves and their brand at the right tables. From downtown Los Angeles and the Westside to Orange County, the San Gabriel Valley, and the broader Southern California corridor, this territory offers real upside for someone who is willing to put in the work and build the relationships that drive long-term business. The market continues to attract headquarters relocations, major development projects, and an expanding base of design-forward clients, making now an especially strong time to establish and deepen a presence here.
This role requires a proactive, field-based approach — staying visible and engaged through regular sales calls, product presentations, showroom visits, and industry events. You will work closely with dealer principals and their sales teams to ensure your products are being actively specified and sold, while also cultivating direct relationships with A&D firms and end users who influence purchasing decisions across the market. Success in this role is built on consistency — showing up, following through, and being the person your partners call first when an opportunity comes to the table.
The ideal candidate brings an existing network in the Los Angeles and Southern California design and dealer community, a strong understanding of the commercial furniture sales cycle, and the ability to develop and execute a territory plan that delivers consistent, measurable results. You are self-directed, comfortable managing your own schedule and priorities, and energized by the challenge of growing a territory through hustle, strategy, and genuine relationship building. You know how to balance short-term wins with long-term account development, and you understand that the best opportunities often come from the relationships you invest in before a project ever surfaces.
If you are ready to take ownership of a high-potential territory with a brand worth representing, we want to hear from you.
